Barbara A. Hart Inducted as Fellow of the American Bar Foundation
Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, P.A. (SRBP) is pleased to announce that Shareholder Barbara A. Hart has been inducted as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF).
The American Bar Foundation (ABF) Fellows is a global honorary society composed of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose careers exemplify exceptional dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession. Fellowship is by invitation only and is limited to just 1% of licensed attorneys, making it one of the legal profession’s most prestigious honors and a testament to outstanding achievement, leadership, and service.
SRBP is proud to celebrate another longtime attorney receiving this distinguished recognition. Ms. Hart joins fellow SRBP Shareholders Elena Paras Ketchum, Scott A. Stichter, and Managing Shareholder Harley E. Riedel, who are also Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.
Barbara has long been recognized as a leader within the bankruptcy and restructuring community. She is an active member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar and previously served as the Association’s President and Chair of the Board. She has also served as Chair of the District-Wide Steering Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and as Chair of the IWIRC Florida Network, which honored her with its 2021 Trailblazer Award.
In addition to her leadership roles, Ms. Hart is consistently recognized by leading legal publications and her peers for her excellence in Bankruptcy & Restructuring and Bankruptcy Litigation matters. Her induction into the American Bar Foundation reflects her longstanding commitment to the legal profession, exceptional client service, and leadership within the bankruptcy community
