Attorney Nicole Ramos Rhodes

Nicole Ramos Rhodes joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler in July of 2025, in the firm’s newly opened Panama City office.

Nicole’s practice focuses on transactional law, corporate bankruptcy, business formation and governance, and commercial real estate transactions. She advises clients through every stage of the business lifecycle, from entity formation and day-to-day operations through growth and the eventual acquisition or sale of a business. Nicole enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs and small business owners to develop practical legal solutions that advance their business goals. She is known for providing responsive, practical counsel that balances legal risk with strategic objectives, allowing clients to navigate complex legal matters with confidence.

In 2024, Nicole was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, which oversees the licensure, examination, and regulation of real estate appraisers throughout the state.

Nicole is actively involved in the legal profession and her community. She currently serves as President of the St. Andrews Bay Inn of Court after previously serving as its Vice President from 2024 – 2026. She is also the Panama City Area Representative for the Northern Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association. Outside of the legal profession, Nicole is a longtime member of the Junior League of Panama City, where she has held numerous leadership positions, including Vice President of Training and Leadership, New Member Mentor, and Chair of the State and Public Affairs Committee. Her commitment to community service has been recognized with the 2021–2022 Spirit of Elizabeth Redenbaugh Award and the 2023–2024 Spirit of Barbara Bush Award.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2020. While in law school, she was a member of the National Mediation Team and served as Vice President of Women in Law. She also holds a Master of Science from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University.
