Attorney Almarosa C. Torres

Almarosa Torres joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, P.A. in February 2024. Alma focuses her practice on representing debtors and creditors in business bankruptcy cases. Alma has a range of experience drafting pleadings and researching complex issues on bankruptcy matters.

In addition, Alma was a judicial extern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida during her time in law school. There, Alma gained firsthand experience observing bankruptcy hearings and trials on various issues and assisting with drafting and researching intricate issues for the Honorable Roberta A. Colton.

Alma is a 2020 graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a B.A. in Political Science. Alma received her J.D. in May of 2023 from Stetson University College of Law. During her time in law school, she discovered her interest in bankruptcy law and was one of the founding members of the Stetson University College of Law Bankruptcy Society.
