Five Shareholders Recognized as Top Lawyers in Tampa in Nine Practice Areas by Tampa Magazine.

Charles A. Postler, the head of the Firm’s Corporate and Transactional practice, was named a top Tampa lawyer in five areas – corporate law (two-way tie), corporate governance law (three-way tie), business organizations law (two-way tie), closely held companies and family business law, and mergers and acquisitions law (two-way tie). In the firm’s core insolvency practice, Scott A. Stichter was recognized as the top lawyer in bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights/insolvency & reorganization law, while Edward J. Peterson was named a top lawyer in bankruptcy litigation (three-way tie). Barbara A. Hart, who leads the firm state court loan litigation practice, was voted as a top lawyer in banking and finance litigation (three-way tie). Michael Bachman was listed as the top real estate lawyer.
