Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, P.A. is pleased to announce that Scott A. Stichter has been named as President of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.  Stichter is the seventh SRBP lawyer to serve as the President of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, serving in that position for the 2017-2018 year.  Two other firm lawyers, Amanda Chazal Smith and Barbara Hart, were elected to the board of directors of the TBBBA for the same term. The Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association serves the local community of bankruptcy attorneys in the Middle District of Florida. The organization supports the professional practice of bankruptcy law through regular informal and formal luncheons and its quarterly newsletter, the Cramdown.
