Firm Successfully Confirms Chapter 11 Plan of Central Beef and Obtains Approval of Sale of Assets – January 12, 2017

On January 12, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered orders confirming the Chapter 11 plan filed by Central Beef, LLC and approving the sale of substantially all of its assets.  The sale is scheduled to close prior to January 31, 2017.  The firm’s representation was headed by Harley E. Riedel and Matthew B. Hale.
