On July 2, 2021, the Honorable Caryl E. Delano of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, entered an order confirming the Subchapter V plan of reorganization for a second-generation fuel transport and logistics carrier for the Southeastern United States. The company is based in Brooksville, Florida and had annual prepetition revenues of approximately 10 million. Approximately $2.3 million in secured claims were allowed and approximately $4.5 million in unsecured claims were allowed in the case. The Subchapter V allowed the company to restructure its operations and balance sheet, adjust its customer relationships and improve its margins, reject unfavorable leases and contracts, sell excess vehicles and equipment, and restructure its secured debt. Amy Denton Harris led the firm’s representation of the Debtor.
