Scott A. Stichter is a 1984 graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts. Mr. Stichter received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1987, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board and the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Team. Mr. Stichter joined Stichter Riedel in 1987 and became a shareholder in 1993. He regularly represents debtors, committees, creditors, buyers and other parties in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He is the recipient of pro bono awards from the Florida Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association.
