Biography

Richard C. Prosser joined the firm in 1990 after practicing law as a sole practitioner. On February 1, 2012, Mr. Prosser moved to an of-counsel relationship with the firm and on January 15, 2015 after 24 years as a shareholder, retired from the firm. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay, Chief Bankruptcy Judge of the Middle District of Florida, 1981-1982.
